MY4D® Sales Academy consists of a series of 3 training modules. These are in-person trainings.

PROFESSIONAL

PROFESSIONAL is a program that requires completion of both BASIC i ADVANCED trainings.

Sales is a process of human interactions. Our bodies are subject to the laws of nature and are greatly conditioned by our biology.

Working with the body is foundational to achieving success in sales, as it allows us to define our emotions from this level and control them, facilitating relationship building and self- and teams management.

During the training, we explore fundamental processes that influence our feelings and behaviors critical to sales success. We explain how this impacts customer decisions and behaviors.

Participants will learn how to stimulate their bodies to increase motivation, achieve preferred energy levels, reduce stress, and influence their environment without resorting to unethical manipulation.

Moreover, participants will discover how to build their own Personal Energy Management System (PEMS). According to the creator of the training – Katarzyna Warelis, energy is the most valuable resource for everyone, and it should be consciously managed to replenish its sources.

Due to the proprietary approach of the trainer the agenda can be provided upon signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Completion of all three training modules (BASIC & ADVANCED & PROFESSIONAL) is required for receiving personal certificate of completion MY4D® SALES ACADEMY (on client's demand)

It is an original program created by Katarzyna Warelis, based on her over 25 years of experience in sales and sales management, incorporating a unique synergy of skills derived from her background in biological sciences and passion for holistic human behavior.

Anna Warelis-Pawlowska, as a long-time leader of the marketing department, decided to apply Katarzyna's methods in her daily work with the team and clients to achieve the set business goals (including sales targets). During the training, she will share her experiences and numerous case study examples.
