Who am I?

My name is Katarzyna Warelis and I am a sales leader with more than 25 years of experience. My passion extends to being a trainer in sales, leadership, soft communication, and transformational skills. I possess a unique set of competencies as I am also a biologist alongside my business expertise. Natural sciences and exploring unconventional methods of working with the body have been a significant part of my life.

This element has contributed to my personal success in business and private life, a direct result of optimal, personal energy management, which is a distinguishing feature of mine. This blend of business, scientific biological knowledge, and personal experiences has led to the creation of my original MY4D® concept (concept of “My 4th Dimension”).

I greatly value a holistic and synergistic approach to business, where people are of utmost importance.
Therefore, my guiding principles are the values of Human To Human and Win-Win.

I love sales because it is an exchange of energy, always aimed at meeting our needs or solving problems. Proper understanding and approach to sales significantly simplify life. In my view, the outcome of a well-conducted sales process and a tailored marketing plan is generation of the profit, which is the foundation of every organization's success. On an individual level - it means acquiring resources and benefits for both parties.

My professional life has always been and continues to be associated with interesting consumer brands that I have been responsible for introducing to the market. Working across multiple markets – in Poland, Eastern Europe, and Southern Europe – I have developed sales plans based on various distribution channels (export distributors, B2B, IKAs, retail, B2C), product categories, and have been accountable, along with my teams, for their execution. Exceptional results and long-term successes do not happen without people's involvement, which is why teams and the development of each individual within them have always been important to me.

MY4D® Concept

MY4D®, also known as My 4th Dimension, is a unique concept for managing life energy.

Based on my personal experiences in "hard" business (sales departments), characterized by significant physical demands (trade shows, travel, long meetings and negotiations) and psychological pressures (constant need to deliver results). It also arises from my deep passion for natural sciences and understanding human nature, including feelings, reactions, and behaviors.

The effectiveness is proportional to the energy you possess. Your potential lies in three areas: mind, emotions, and body.

Your life energy shifts in these three dimensions interdependently.

For instance, if you weaken your body, such as by skipping breakfast or engaging in an overly intense and exhausting workout, your mental efficiency will decline. Conversely, positive beliefs and thoughts can enhance your biochemical state and improve your overall well-being.

In general, being focused on intellectual development, we have forgotten that we are part of nature and subject to its laws, just like any other living organism.

Your body belongs to the natural world, and its purpose is to survive in the best possible condition. It excels in this through regenerative and self-regulating mechanisms, influenced by the right chemical compounds, which you can manage to enhance your effectiveness.

In my approach to energy management, the body takes precedence, and achieving balance from this level is the easiest.

The body is straightforward to manage. Adequate sleep, movement, nutritious food, and relaxed breathing substantially contribute to experiencing calm, safety, and pleasure. All the emotions you feel in your body are your guide to your needs, signaling which ones are met and which ones need attention.

“My 4th Dimension” represents the optimal state of harmonizing the three dimensions: mind, emotions, and body, which is perceptible only to you, where you feel a sense of balance, control, and inner strength. It’s a state where everything feels just right.

You are joyful, living and working with passion. You fully recognize what serves you well. This state is temporary, as your mind, body, and emotions are in a continual state of change, with everything dynamically evolving. However, you can learn to experience your "4th Dimension" more frequently by leveraging knowledge, tools, mindfulness, and a commitment to personal practice.

I am convinced that changing a few habits, respecting your body more, and engaging in daily cooperation with it can lead to achieving personal successes and fulfillment on many levels.

My dream is to inspire business professionals to consciously manage their energy, the most crucial resource we have. A harmonized leader or employee has a greater chance of entering a new dimension of business, where individuals are satisfied, fulfilled, and fully engaged at work.
