This training is designed for all those who manage teams, allocate tasks, and monitor their implementation in their daily work.
We focus on conscious leaders who want to create friendly and supportive collaboration environments and also want to develop emotional intelligence both in themselves and their subordinates, which determines the way interpersonal relationships are established and emotional control is exercised.
With such leaders, subordinates want to work, go through changes, reach higher, dedicate more time, and even take risks for the sake of the team or cause.
Furthermore, the diversity of generations active in the labor market requires leaders to take a broader view of team management and the needs arising from generational differences.
We expand basic management knowledge and generally available knowledge about generations with a biological perspective on mechanisms of management and leadership.
The culture of each organization and the effectiveness of teams depend on leaders.
The training is lecture-workshop oriented, where participants can immediately apply the conveyed methods in both work and personal life.
We believe that there are no universal trainings. Each training should meet the individual needs of our clients.

This is an original program by Katarzyna Warelis, backed by her over 25 years of experience in sales management, team building, and leadership development.
She believes that intrinsic motivation is the most crucial factor determining the success of team work. Her passion lies in sharing knowledge about the universal laws of nature and inspiring people to incorporate this knowledge into business activities.
Anna Warelis-Pawlowska has over 10 years of experience in building marketing and sales teams.
She has experience managing teams from Generation Y and Z and consciously applies the knowledge developed by Katarzyna in her daily work with people to build "dream teams".
