I worked with various distribution channels (export distributors, B2B, B2C, IKAs, and e-commerce), as well as on the client side within a marketing agency. What distinguishes me is my foundational experience in direct sales for a premium brand, where I began my career. For over 3 years, I honed my sales skills and repeatedly received recognition and awards for the best sales results in Poland.
I am convinced that sales skills have provided me with a broad commercial perspective on business aspects, directly contributing to my success in implementing international marketing projects. Sales, after all, is an inseparable element of the extended marketing concept in the 7P framework (product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence), where, in my opinion, PEOPLE, PROCESSES, and PHYSICAL EVIDENCE are key components of success.
I am a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where I completed a degree in management with specializations in marketing, human resource management, and tourism business. Additionally, I completed two postgraduate programs at Kozminski University – Digital Marketing and Employer Branding.
This diverse marketing education has made me an enthusiast of a holistic and synergistic approach to marketing, where three optimally functioning branding elements (product, employer, and personal branding) create an additional 4D effect (4th Dimension), benefiting not only individuals (see MY4D® concept or 4th Dimension), but also enterprises. I created and promote the concept of 4D Marketing.
The 4D Marketing Concept
The 4D Marketing concept is my original idea, developed through years of collaboration with various companies across different marketing areas and from observing how these companies shape their image and market position.
I highlight three elements that contribute to a comprehensive corporate image and market success:

It aims to differentiate individuals from competitors, build trust, and enhance the credibility of the organization, because it’s the PEOPLE who create the company!

When the strategies for building and managing the product brand, employer brand, and personal brand properly coexist, we achieve a synergistic effect - an added value that exceeds the sum of the individual benefits from separate actions. This is what I define as the effect of 4th Dimension of Marketing i.e. 4D Marketing.
This results in an exceptional advantage: a coherent image across all areas surrounding the organization, leading to outstanding sales results, customer and stakeholder loyalty and trust, employee engagement, openness to change, and a drive for further development and success.
